JB Community Care Services provides in home care services with the aim to ensure participant using JBCCS support are provided person-centered services, allowing people to tell their story once rather than taking a program-focused approach.
JB Community care services provide high quality care services depending on participant’s individual support plan assessments; which includes but not limited to supporting participant with their daily living tasks.
These support may include assistance with cooking, cleaning and shopping and/or assistance and support you need with meeting your loved ones and catching up with your friends by providing Community Access as per every individual needs.
